Customers complained about inadequate authentication and account security. The absence of 2FA increased fraud risk for the business and eroded customer trust.
Goal
Deliver a seamless authentication experience across devices while strengthening overall product trust and 10% of customers opt-in to use 2FA.
Solution
Provide an easy to use user journey to enable 2FA, using app as second factor. Seamless connect settings across devices desktop and app.
